Flip flops or sandals
We provide a small outdoor changing area with access to a toilet.

A stopwatch or timer if you’d like to track your cold plunge duration
We are located minutes from West Acton Village in Acton, MA. Upon booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with detailed directions, preparation tips, and everything you need to know before your visit.

We operate as a small, home-based business located on a private residential road. To respect the privacy of our neighbors, we do not publicly list our address. Directions will be shared upon booking.
Appointments can be booked up to 8 hours in advance.
We require a minimum 24 Hours’ notice for cancelations, any changes, and rescheduling.
No shows will be charged full appointment amount and forfeit the session from their membership or package.
