To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience, please bring:
A swimsuit (required)
A reusable water bottle
Flip flops or sandals (boots if snow to get to backyard)
We provide a small robes, towels, outdoor changing area with access to an outdoor toilet.
Optional items:
A stopwatch or timer if you’d like to track your cold plunge duration
We operate as a small, home-based business located on a private residential road. To respect the privacy of our neighbors, we do not publicly list our address. Address and directions will be furnished upon booking.

What is your cancelation policy?
Appointments can be booked up to 6 hours in advance.
We require a minimum 24 Hours’ notice for cancelations, any changes, and rescheduling.
No shows will be charged full appointment amount and forfeit the session.
